CBMINT LLC is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products, and we offer a comprehensive refund, return, and exchange policy for all items, including bullion and certified coins. This policy is applicable within seven (7) days of receiving your items. To initiate a return, customers must contact our Returns Department via live chat, email (support@cbmint.com), or phone (888-422-6468) during regular business hours.
Customers must keep the item in its original packaging, and upon contacting the Returns Department, they will be provided with a Return Authorization Number along with instructions for the return process. It’s important to highlight that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for securely packaging the product and covering the cost of return shipping. CBMINT LLC reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with these conditions.
While we strive for your satisfaction, if any issues arise, we encourage customers to reach out to our offices for assistance. CBMINT LLC reserves the right to impose a restocking fee of $50 or 10% of the total order price (whichever is greater) on refunded orders. Additionally, a $50 processing fee may be applied to all exchanges. In case a refund is requested, we may offer CBMINT LLC store credit instead of a cash refund at our discretion.
For bullion-related returns, customers may be required to cover any market loss on their returns, at the discretion of CBMINT LLC. Any market gain on refunds will remain the property of CBMINT LLC.
In the event of pricing or typographical errors, CBMINT LLC has the right to refuse or cancel orders for incorrectly priced items. If such an error occurs, we will contact you for instructions or cancel the order, providing notification of the cancellation.
