Lead Designer - Position Description
The Lead Designer is the head of the design team, and is responsible for supervising and training team members. The Lead Designer is responsible for all aspects of site design, and must be able to handle multiple projects occurring simultaneously. Lead Designer will also work with development team in developing mobile applications. 3+ years experience in design work a must, 5+ years preferred. Salary is negotiable, depending upon experience and skills set. Position is Full Time.
iOS Developer - Position Description
The iOS developer position is responsible for designing and building advanced applications for the iOS platform. Must be able to unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, reliability, and UI/UX usability. BS/MS in Computer Science, Programming, or Engineering a must. Previous experience having published iOS apps desirable. Salary is negotiable, depending upon experience and skills set. Position is Full Time.
Business Analyst - Position Description
The Business Analyst is responsible for examining current business metrics, tracking all areas of business growth, and identifying trends. Works directly with finance team. 4+ years experience in a business administration or finance position required. Salary is negotiable, depending upon experience. Position is Full Time.
Customer Service Representative - Position Description
Customer Service Representatives field customer calls and email queries, assist customers in placing orders, field questions about products and all aspects of the supply chain, and help process customer orders. Previous knowledge of the precious metals industry a plus, but training will be provided to the right individual. 1+ year of customer service experience required. Candidate must excel at over-the-phone communication, and have a positive and friendly demeanor. Both Full Time and Part Time hours are available, but must be available to work during US business hours.
